At what point did you start needing straps

Don't use them on deadlifts but rack pulls anything about 215-220 do need them for now.

Work on flexibility/mobility more and make a point of actually sticking to some sort of routine for it, maybe starting to try yoga to see how that goes.

Best straps for deadlifting/ rack pulls?

I personally like the Versa Gripp style, heaps easier than wrapping the longer single tails, can get cheaper versions as well that work just as good.

I have the one down from this and have the same problem with the dip handles wobbling a bit. Think its mainly because of the way they attach.

Training While on Holidays / Away with Work

Depends on the holiday, went away for Aus Day weekend didn't hit the gym but also didn't drink like fish and was mindful of what I was eating. Balance seems to be the key especially when away with family/friends.

    What are healthy T-levels? (chart)

Mine was for a range of 8.0 - 30.0 and my doc said the same thing because it was within the range, but based on what I have read on here and other places 500ng/dl seems on the lower side of things, but hey might not be after all these people are paid to be a doctor for a reason! :D
