How long do you train for in the gym?

There's no need to squat, dead lift, get 8 hours sleep each night, eat carbohydrates, or take omega 3's. But i do because i find them all to be very beneficial and well worth the effort/cost.

Topic of the Week - How Much Protein Should A Bodybuilder Consume?

I eat 4 meals a day and would get around 60g or so at each sitting. All through natural sources. I previously ate 6 meals with 40g each sitting and post workout shake, iv'e noticed no difference other than it's easier to drop weight eating less frequent meals.

I get all my protein from whole foods that jesus put on this planet for us to devour. Things that run, swim or fly...... and cottage cheese haha. Actually i do have around 10g bcaa's pre-workout.

    stereo pre pump

Pre-party work outs are amongst the highest form of homo. I dislike training directly before or after a night on the gym as it impedes recovery dramatically, a wasted work out IMO. And dude, your lifts are good for time training, but we all know beginner gains are all gravy, stronger you get...

    Abs

As previously stated dead's, squats and press's are my favourtie's. I also do hanging leg raises or roll out's to end session's. One arm overhead presses are worth their weight in gold imo.

I bench and press a thumbs width from the knurling and row a little closer (otherwise elbow's flare out too much)
