    Thanks for the advice, not what I wanted to hear but I guess that's the way it is. I have it elevated a lot of the time with an ice pack, so that point's covered. I guess I have a reason to train like one of my mates, where every day is upper body day.

    Today I was playing one of my two weekly basketball games when about 2 minutes in I rolled my ankle. Within 5 minutes it was extremely swollen (can't even feel the bone on the outside, it's all swollen over). When would it be ok to return to the weights? Should it be ok when I am at the point...
