    140 kg squats are fine if done deep and for high reps. My quads are living proof. Don't deter beginners by stating such arbitrary levels. I've seen PL guys squat 5 plates but their quads still look like crap. In fact, I think most PLs look like crap. I could say the same about bench.

Well IMHO a diet meal with griled or BBQ chicken is fine, but caesar salad dressing is usually v.high fat and although sweet potatoes are better than white, when you crinkle cut them you double the oil absorbed due to the increased surface area.     Get insurance! But you won't be permitted to conduct your business in most (any?) commercial gyms without quals. Despite the fact most certified trainers don't know the first thing about bodybuilding. Please, if you do it, keep the forum informed!
