    he looks abit unco cause he isnt used to it. the other guy already adapted, i reckon give the muscleman 3 months he would be good at it and smooth. i like the muscle up into a hanging leg raise into windscreen wipers been doing thems at the park 30 x 1 rep good fun :)

    Splits, frequency and training level/stage

    i can say i've done seriously training and diet for the last 3 months of PTC template and it has worked wonders, i reckon i almost double my deadlift from start, which was 85 kg max i am almost 160 kg now i think on my strong days i got 150 off last week and wasnt feeling the best. bench press...

    jackie chan uses this but i dont think its as good as hanging leg raise into a windscreen wipers works all abs and hips muscles great accessory exercise :) also good for after pull ups as you really stretches out the shoulders . best exercise would be a full muscle up into a slow control...

    low test and weightlifting

    36% 82 kg is what i was at around end of july now i am 78 about 18-22% notice big difference in my boners ratio per day :) next xmas hopefully sub 10% BF into the 5-7s if i can. just did like 4 months of ptc compounds now just kind of playing around with dynamics and maxes.

    yeah it feels ok first 4-5 levels but up to 11 levels of zaps, on level 11 i was in serious pain like getting tasered was incapacitated almost until i hit the off button.
