    I use VP2. Im very happy with it, doesnt bloat me or give me gut aches. I do agree it isnt as cheap as others but I am happy with it, I would try something similar for a cheaper price to compare. But I havent had time to do research.

    Weight training, then cardio? Waste?

    Thanks peeps. All this info is very helpful! Ill keep on with the cardio, maybe have a day of only cardio. Ive got a 6-8 month plan so hopefully I can tone up nicely by then. Btw im 164cm and 68kg, if that helps. Keep the info coming if you have any, Im sure ill be posting a question again...

    Hi all. I am doing weight training to lose weight and tone up, not trying to be massive just getting my fittness up and looking good. I do an hour of weight training, then do 20 mins or so of cardio 4-6 times a week. My question, is doing cardio after weight training canceling out my workout...
