I do agree it isnt as cheap as others but I am happy with it, I would try something similar for a cheaper price to compare. But I havent had time to do research.

Im looking to start using some extra supps, and im thinking a pre workout shake might be the go.
I currently only use AST Vp2 as a post workout protein.
So im not asking specifically which one is for me cause i know they are all different.
But what do I look for, what are the key...

Hi all.
I am doing weight training to lose weight and tone up, not trying to be massive just getting my fittness up and looking good.
I do an hour of weight training, then do 20 mins or so of cardio 4-6 times a week.
My question, is doing cardio after weight training canceling out my workout...
