Actually Mick, you can make that 500ml of milk a super drink (whenever), i.e. pre or post workout if you like, by simply adding a heaped tablespoon of full fat cocoa powder into it. What in particular is the benefit you may be asking yourself? In a word: magnesium! Now if I begin to tell you what this does and why, I would have to write a full article about it. There's more to cocoa than just a high level of organic easily assimilated magnesium, but that mighty mineral should suffice for the time being to get anyone's attention who's interested in nutrition and optimal muscle contraction/recovery.

Thanks for the advice Fadi. I will certainly be doing that in the future. Love my cocoa powder. Looking forward to my chocolate milk already.

Why do people (Shrek) keep talking about 2grams extra??

250 ml normal milk 8 Grams Protein, 250 ml of High Protein Milk 15 grams of protein.

Seems high in protein to me, it's even making me consider drinking milk again, something I have not done for many years now.

Probably not available where I live, but will check and give it a taste test tomorrow if it's available.

I'm talking about per 100ml which is the standard measuring quantity.

Ok, I work by serving, a serving of milk is generally 250ml for me.

Anyway, checked our Coles and not available, did not think it would be.

Worked out the macronutrients percentages in the full cream version. They are as follows per 1L.

Protein 60g @ 34%.......Fat 34g @ 45%......Carbs 35g @ 21%

That's what it's all about! I bought the milk couple of hours ago, and now having it with an incredibly good antioxidant for you, in the form of coffee. I like sweet things, so my stevia is never far behind. The thing is I'm having this whilst being lactose intolerant (saving my Lacteeze for later on), so it'd be interesting to see how my tummy feels after downing this 500ml cup.

The term 'organic' really peeves me, nothing more than marketing.

A friend of mine will only buy 'organic' food hence his weekly grocery bill is $600 for a family of three, buys 'organic' bananas @ $7.99 per kilo

We're on the same page then Darkoz. I was looking for a decaf, and this particular decaf has the Swiss method of decaffeination applied to it, as well as it tastes great and not acidic or harsh in anyway...and its aroma is nice as well. I prefer the taste of Lebanese coffee in milk (It's a childhood thing), but unfortunately I haven't come across any decaf Leb stuff.

What's worse is went out for lunch with some of the Mrs friends. They picked out this organic place. Stunk of BO. You sit on fucking milk crates. Served shitty drinks in jars. Food was fucking shit and tiny and they charge triple the price for it.

Hipster cafes are the rage now
I heard of one serving deconstructed tomato sauce, you get a raw tomato some sugar and water

Really.
i went to a hipster barber got a free beer but the haircut was 38 bucks so I had 2 more beers, they said they were free.

yep, organic caters mostly to yuppies and idiots prepared to pay much more for basically same products.
