Tonite for 'dinner' before I head into work I had a nice meal of lemon and herb basa with steamed vegetables and potato mash.

Then since I'm doing a night shift I have brought with me my standard 'lunch' of a takeway container packed full of pasta (I dont bother weighing it but the container is a 1litre container and its packed full) with some meat (this time chorizo) plus another peice of fish. I'll eat half of that at midnight then finish of the rest at about 4am.

This pasta 'lunch' is becoming my standard meal while I'm working at the (24 hour) gym overnight, its nice because I can vary the veges (ad tomato, carrot, beans ect) and meat that I put into it or along side it, often I'll bring half a bbq chicken and eat a quater each serve with my pasta.

Then go home and have a normal 'breakfast' baked beans on multigrain toast or oatmeal with fruit and protein shake by 8am beofre I hit the sack and catch some z's.
