probably going to win my weight class@93 M1 unless i do stupid openers.No heavy hitters are showing up so i guess ill have to try and beat the open and junior totals which wont happen, but it will be fun trying.
Doesnt seem to be a large number of over 40s that compete in powerlifting in my weight class when i look thru the results.
i see the records in @93 M1 are huge but i got 10 years :) however theres guys in their late 30s who are awesome so yeah..
the 250 deadlift is unlikely due to an interrupted build up,I injured my arm(again) and will be happy to improve on what i did last time which was only 230.
i dont even feel like i squat bench or dead correctly lol so obviously i can improve my technique and gain something there.

Same goals really. 2.5 x BW DL.

170 squat and 120 tng bench next.

I c&j 75kg the other day. But that a jerk not an OHP so still got that to test also..

Haven't tested 1RM front squat in a while either...

Squat I'm on track, pushing the program hard though and it's not coming easy. Current calc about 140 kg (160 goal)
Bench no chance. May get to 120 which is still juicy
Deadlift hopefully go beyond by NYE. Current calculation is about 215kg

gonna cut to 83 kg.hopefully i wont lose too much strength,but i can see already im failing things i normally lift at a heavier bw,i am fatigued tho so that probably doesnt help.im around 88-89 kg in the mornings now but i still love junk food and takeaways.im doing a lot of cardio during the day and at the gym.
looking to improve my technique,ive started repping squats with no belt and doing pauses in the hole..i look at better lifters and how they set up there bench and realise im not tight enough and pressing with no arch.theres guys with much longer arms who have the same rack height.
 
I just had nearly 4 weeks off. I expect a few weeks to work back to my strength and go from there. I'll have the squat and deadlift covered, not sure of bench.

Hit my goal on Friday night at ProRawBench getting me 2nd place. 227.5kg @ 108kg

Deadlifted 232.5 easily yesterday. Ill be sure to hit 235 or more before years end.
Smashed my bench goal. Hit 125 yesty.
Plz make this one 130. Goal date 1st march.
 
i am aiming to win my category at the Asian/Oceanias at m1@83.theres only 1 other guy in my class.i like my chances of getting 2nd at the very least..
however the guy im up against came 3rd in the equipped world masters champs and is superior in every lift.the bench he absolutely smites me.im praying for rain actually.unfortunately we are lifting indoors.
my strategy involves

.1. cutting him off at the pass.ringing the airport and telling them this man is carrying drugs/weapons/exotic diseases....goodbye to u mr competition...teehee.not srs.

.2.failing that im hoping to stay in touch with my squat and hoping he misses.unlikely.im not sure if jet lag may or may not play a part.probably not.

.3.doing my best and shaking his hand at the end win or lose.

real excited.will be some outstanding lifting going on by some world class powerlifters and on a personal level if i pb at 10 kgs lighter bw ill be happy.

160 squat is looking like a possibility. Maybe in Feb comp, probably won't wrap
Deadlift is looking good. Due to double 215kg next week

Bench. No fkn way. Happy if I can get back to 110 without pain

I won't be making any of mine for now.
Injured shoulder, failed my squat attempt and best deadlift was 250x5 and 280 for a single.
I'm bored of powerlifting at high percentages.
I'm going straight back into training while cutting, still the big 3/4 but just slightly lower average percentages and higher volume.
 
No idea if ill make any more goals this year myself either. Lost a fair amount of strength with my illness farken.
But we will see. :)

Ive not new goals.

220/130/250. Goal date. GPC nationals in May.

Also a 185 Raw squat without wraps.

Also to bench 140 this year.
