Heya guys and gals.
While Im not really do much with my trainning, I thought I wouldnt mind getting bigger.
In the past couple months Ive dropped down to 95-98kg which is good cos it has gone from my waist.
But I want to pack on more size but cos I work all day I dont get alot of time to eat and I dont have the appiette Im not getting enough carbs and quality protein.
Deit at the Moment
Morning Protein shake with 1 cup oats, centruim, and fish oil tab's.
10am smoko (only one smoko in the day) 1 x 185g tuna in vege oil, and some Ched crakers. maybe peice of fruit
1pm Protein shake with 1 cup oats
6-7pm dinner casserole with beef or mince and some veges.
Do you guys have suggestion that are cheap but very effective thanks
