baked baramundi is awesome. doesn't have that fishy taste. still has good oils and browns real well, lots of flavour.

edit: i prefer salmon, but its 3x the price so can't justify it atm.

Cutting. Hard.

Had stomach surgery a week ago, and have been fine since (other than being on a diet of soup and shakes). Apparently got some food caught somewhere, and now can't eat anything, and haven't eaten for almost 2 days. Sitting in the Mater Hospital, and hopefully gets sorted out tomorrow.

Bloody hanging for some KFC potato and gravy.

low carb? ??

To a point yes.

def not keto, but I am minimising my carb intake where possible, and when I do have them they are from sweet potato and brown rice, albeit in small doses.

i typically have my carbs at dinner to help facilitate release of neurotransmitters, to help with sleep. I have battled insomnia for over two years, so my diet is now kinda backwards to how it should be from a bodybuilding perspective.
