Yes
Once a week (usually at the weekend)
Planned if I have eaten ultra clean all week
No booze

Last night I had a Mcspicy, an Angry Whopper and a Mighty Angus with large fries. Loved it.

Usually as I dont have the option at work so its generally on a Tuesday when I fly home.
I don't quit the booze when I'm home (every second week) but if I do drink, it would only be one or two drinks. Usually vodka, lime and soda... I wouldn't go on a binge drinking session as part of cheat day.

Allright, fuck it, I am stopping them.

Reason being it gives me a taste of sugar/whatever and makes it harder to keep healthy and not binge too often.

While just eating at maintenance doing regular nice meals (spaghetti, subway, etc) without ice cream 'every now and then' requires almost zero willpower to stay on.

I have scheduled refeeds, which allow me to diet harder, but I don't really have a "cheat" meal on it, I just eat what I need to like I do every other day

If I was allowed to just eat w/e and get whatever results I wanted I'd probably just eat ground beef with mashed potato and gravy 4x a day

Chicken potato and rice in sri lankan curry spices all day every day
