yeah 200kg
I made 202.5kg in competition but the spotters touched the bar

I want a 640kg total by August, CAPO nationals to qualify for worlds
I don't like setting targets or goals though. They put limits on your ability. Will just train my ass off, have fun and let the cards fall where they lie

gonna ask you a question Oni I asked on other forums - is going down to 8% bodyfat ok for a natural without much muscle mass? Doesn't your body start losing more muscle as you diet down to single percent figures?

yeah 8% is ezpz
short term PSMF will get you there, just no longer than a month
this is backed up by clinical evidence which I can't be bothered to look for right now!
or you can do it slowly but months of dieting started to get to me psychologically

I'd say lower than 6%, you'd start losing muscle mass without drugs
 
Small refeed today
Went to a winery with the parents, had chicken breast with ham and tomato sauce and a few potatoes, very tasty indeed. Pretty much my calories for the day though so nothing but shakes for the rest of the day!
