Hows water retention?

Creatine doesn't cause water retention
I think the myth came about from shitty creatine loaded with sodium in the manufacturing process, it's the only thing that makes sense

I think it worked very well
I've been continuing it with 30g a day
Then I'll stop all use for a control

I didn't get bloated at all lol
 
No runs at all lol
Strength gains were good but I'd rather put that down to good programming than the fact I was taking creatine
 
Ok, so what would a basic summary of what it did for you be? (ie cliff notes of thread) I'm new and don't fully understand why you would take it
