I've bought a double cheesburger from Maccas and thrown out the bun before. Patties by themselves are pretty good.

Still best takeaway on the run is a roast chook.

5 egg whites 1 whole egg, 100g of sweet potato, 1/4 of an avocado, tbs of flax with dandelion tea and my vitamins = breaky for the next two weeks :)

that actually sounds quite nice. i take it you're low-carbing? if that's not filling enough then you could bulk it out with some shredded cabbage fried in garlic and oyster sauce or something and you'd have yourself a sort of okonomiyaki. wouldn't add very many calories for a whole lot of extra bulk and fibre.

i only discovered frozen egg whites a month or 2 ago and i can't believe i've lived so long without them. so friendly to the macros when you're cutting. hanging out to hit my target weight though so i can go back to eating whole eggs... and eat more than 1600 calories for that matter :\

I am actually heaps full, for the next two weeks I am cutting carbs a bit and then doing a liver detox after that. Frozen egg whites are extremely convenient and make life easier :) thanks for the suggestion by the way on food

Thai cooking class, I made papaya chilli salad & pad thai - unfortunately I only had the forethought to take pictures of my ingredients, as I smashed the food like I'd been starved for a year  lol
