Oops sorry.. Field mushrooms with a tuna, tomato, onion and herbs mix.. Then topped with some cottage cheese.. And then almond meal with lemon juice and parsley crust baked on top.. So many flavours! So healthy!.. So epic! Hahaha
 
lemon pepper basa & cabbage

So much win. I love cabbage.

We're not allowed Vietnamese basa in the US any more (I don't think) but as a Southern boy, we get a ton of local river catfish. I like to throw it in some foil with some washed cabbage, asparagus, crack of black pepper and some lemon slices, put it on the grill for a while... ahhh.

Your post made me decide that I need this today :p time to source some catfish.

There's a pear inside the bottle, and they do that by putting the bottle over the branch before the pear has grown, then they lop it off once it's ripe and fill it with the brandy.

Bacon, eggs, sauteed field mushrooms with butter & parsely, oven roasted baby tomatos, baked beans...mmmmmm, you shoulda come with me :D

I'm no amateur at this, heating up soggy chips in the microwave. Lol. Reheat them in the oven, nice crunchy chips.

Still, the thought of re-heated chips, makes my tummy turn a bit lol
