Meal 1:

Boal of oat cereal with half a banana and full cream milk
WPC shake with water. Multi-vitamin, 3xfish oil, 2x DIM tabs

That's the breakfast I have when I'm too rushed to do the 5 egg white omelette. I add the WPC shake to get the protein.

Meal 2:

200ml Natural Yoghurt, mixed fruit salad, some oats

Meal 3:

200gm Grilled Basra (fish), brocoli, cabbage, green beans, zuchini. Delicious! Eating it right now...

Meal 4:

WPC shake with full cream milk

Workout

Meal 5:

Dinner. Not sure, but I think steaks and veg tonight.

Meal 6:

Cassein Shake with Creatine in water.
 
Looks ok Mike. the only meal that sux is meal 2. You should replicate meal 3 or similar.
 
Gotta love those steaks.

I decided to have one tonight, purely for the iron :D
I'm not really a steak eater, usually have it once a month, mainly because I suck at cooking it, always turns out wrong or tasteless or chewy, so I just leave it and have it when I eat out with me ho.
 
I suffer the same problem Morgan, doesn't matter if the wife or myself cook it, it's always crap.

Might start a thread on it.

Snack

I have lots of oranges and im getting more on Friday so need to eat them EAT THEM ALL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

heaps of bacon
cheese
spoonful of coconut oil

Meal 2: (post workout)
muscle milk

Meal 3:
chicken - 300g

Meal 4:
chicken - 300g

Meal 5:

Prob a heap of cashews - forgot a meal!

Meal 6: When I get home
a few eggs and bacon or some mince

Todays been abit shit

Freezing cold, mother and a coke thats an awesome stay up late combination , personally I do it by choosing to have a nap after my exam.
 
I wouldn't have a problem at uni if I actually studied during my time off, finding it really hard to knuckle down and freaken read.
