hi everyone im new here
i recently pulled my right pectoral muscle and currently resting, my pectoral feels better now and im just wondering how i should slowly get back into training, should i lower the weights or less sets or a combination of both? i've rested about two weeks now, should i rest a bit more?
(previously i did about 5 sets of 5 70kg benchpress, 5 sets of 8 shoulder dips, 5 sets of 15 decline push ups, been training lightly for abt 1 year)
