I wish I did have a dairy farm. Then I could drink raw milk. Om nom nom.
Unlike 0ni, I have no trouble putting on weight when I want to, but I think I've gained a lot more fat in my last couple bulks than was really necessary. Not sure how much of that was gaining weight quicker than I should have (not that I was gaining at any shockingly fast rate), and how much was due to programming. I think I'm about the same body composition as when I was last 60kg, which was at the start of 2010. 7kg over 3 years isn't much to write home about.

heaviest ever weight 105kg (17% body fat roughly).
ideal weight now would be 88-90kg. Presently around 93kg.
If i could get to 90kg at under 10% bodyfat at my age, i would be very happy. Probably have to build 4-5kg of new muscle, which would be unlikely in the natural scheme of things.
