In this fast paced world that we live in , long hours at work , long hours in the gym , by the time you get home you really can't be fucked cooking shit up , you want something quick and easy
So what are the quickest meals you throw together?
Bitta Chicken on the barbe, don't take long to cook!
Rice, cook a big batch and leave ti in the fridge, heat up over the next few days, add some spices or flavorings when you get bored with it. Powdered Oats is a good one, bulk a shitload of oats in bulk and chuck it in a shake with a bit of Whey = Perfect Meal when your on the go etc.
I get 2-3 protein pancakes outta the fridge from the batch I cooked on the weekend and heat, boil 3 eggs and cook up some bacon pieces, put that on top of the pancakes and go for it.
Chase with a protein shake and you're done for hours and hours.
