What is your favourite exercise and why?

Mine would have to be weighted chin ups / weighted dips, I find them to be one of the toughest exercises in my workout and I am always fighting for another rep each visit, they're the most satisfying for me.

What about the rest of you lot?

i would probably say deadlift. its the exercie where i lift the most weight so its very satisfying when i hit a new PB. i also really enjoy exercises where im constantly learning to perfect my technique like squats and powercleans

Im liking weighted chins atm also..

Really liking bench press too I used to hate It, but over the last 6mths have grown to love it, probably because im getting heaps good results..
 
Squats but my left knee is hurting at the moment so haven't done any since last Sunday.
 
Deadlifts.. Feel so natural

Used to be squats.. But i like seeing numbers move in big incraments..
 
Squats - Heavy, light, high reps, low reps, front squats, back squats, overhead squats. I just love em.
