My fitness pal is great for tracking diet. I just write my workouts down normally.

I like pencil and paper- so sorry can't help.

Not scratching them on the cave wall with charcoal anymore Goose?

I like Jefit. The routine feature is good and also the calc 1rm to determine perceived effort of sets.

Rip deck for iPhone is good. I was going to see a mate about making an app 99% like this one, until I found it. Great for a short, sharp hard session if you can't make the gym.

stenght light is THE shit!!

you add in your program, it even auto increaes weight by a citain % each week or so.

And you if you train for a bit it will deload your lifts then ramo your back up

bit of a novelty, but its the best ive cam across.

I to just keep dates and writen log on a pad in my gym

Flex Workout Log - probably recommended to me by Mick I think - is fantastic. Pre-record sessions, and dynamically select them, view previous poundages, etc. really good. Worth whatever a person who buys it pays for it.

Yeah, I've been using Flex on the iPhone for a couple of years now, it's got all the functionality I need without getting in the way of my workout.

I use gym buddy is it by far the most simplest and easiest to use. Also under where you type in your weights you can see your last few workouts, it can create graphs and all kinds of shit.
