A friend of mine does this. Runs one of Sticky's diggit programs. Heavy compound lift one day, next day assistance stuff. Gets it done in the hour. So I think it is 3 days spread over 6.
this is pretty much what i do day in day out, but gym is in same building as i work and i also eat when i get ba k to my desk while i am working which saves a little time as well, i usually get in 4-6 exercises with 4 sets per exercise. super setting when restricted for time is a great way of increasing intensity and getting your workouts done.
