I have been stuck, sort of stuck, with my dipping.
I have also been attempting to reduce my bodyweight, which has been interesting, from 89kg to 85kg, I'm going for 84kg.
At the same time, trying to increase strength and mass.
I haven't been able to get past 6 on my work set of 20kg for some time.
So I added 2kg to see if I could stimulate some action...still on 6rep's, which is great.
Now, the interesting thing is...
I've also been doing french press twice a week, one set, on the cable machine, using the rope, just 2plates, my aim has been to really get that stretch, trying to have my hands well behind and below the shoulders, then full contraction and squeezing.
Not counting reps, just going until I'm unable to move.
Well, I believe this has really sparked some interest from the triceps.
I added an extra 2.5 kg to the dip belt (24.5 kg) and did 7, I made sure, as always I performed the same ROM and speed.
