Hey guy's, I don't know if theres a thread on this but i'm really interested to see how other people started? Like how much could you lift when you first started?
I've been at it for 5 weeks ( yes very new ) and i started with 50kg BP 15 kg concentrated dumbell lifts. 30kg 21's, squat 70 kg and others ect. ( im still yet to learn names of workouts )
