It does not matter when you take creatine. Just take it everyday at the same time even on non-workout days. If it is a blend with other pre-workout stuuf then follow directions on label, if it's creatine on it's own then anytim,e is ok. Creatine has a saturation effect that happens over a matter of days and weeks, it's not instantaneous like caffeine or nitric oxide.
i take one teaspoon... but load up 7 days prior, i would go on bodybuilding.com
theres a calculator for the appx amount for ur body weight of how much to take.
currently resting but do stock up on the stuff all day.
