What time of day do you normally workout?

For me, on the weekend it's around 4-5pm and on weekdays around 8pm.

I'd love to train before dinner on weeknights, but too difficult managing time with kid duties. On weekend, obviously have more time so I make sure I workout before dinner.

I did a full-on leg workout around 7am once in a gym in Townsville, went to work and by around 11 I just wanted to kick back and fall asleep. I've never trained so early since, learned my lesson.

week days monday wednesday friday. 7-8pm sometimes 6-7. Weekend Saturday 4-5pm.

anyone do Midnight - 6am training?

weekdays between 12pm and 4pm ,that's when my cheap arse membership allows me to go , plus it works in good for me as i work night shift
weekends and public holidays my cheap arse membership allows me to go any time of the day

The only time I have available is 6:00am.

Before when I used to train at night, quite late too, I was always thinking all day that I had to train later that night.
Kind of put extra pressure on to keep to a schedule and didn't look forward to it most times.

1st thing in morning is best for me, it's over and done with.
Good way to start the day too.

Wasn't it Bazza that said he trained about 5am? I'm sure I read someone did. That's insane IMO, but different people have different time demands I guess.

My days with work, kids, uni and all the shit at home while the missus is at work is like clockwork, I always start lifting at 3:50 in the arvo and sometimes have to run out to the kitchen to start preparing whatever I am cooking for T between sets. Works for me.

George Sotiropoulus used to do weights at 4am, drive 2 hours to work, sleep during his lunch break, drive 2 hours home, do BJJ/MMA for 4 hours then go to sleep, repeat etc
That type of commitment is what got him to UFC. Though his weight program probably sucked cos he's weak as piss

Grippy and JZ would make great training partners I reckon. They'd cook up a storm.

He's on a downhill slide ATM is Sotiropolus (well consecutive losses at least). He should've changed jobs...stuff driving 2 hours.

If I work day shift, straight after work, start around 6pm if I work arvos I train before work, generally start between 11:30am and 12:30 pm.

He was commuting from Geelong to Melbourne every day.

atm he just doesn't have enough striking power if he can't get them to the ground. Needs to move up a weight class and get some more power

Yeah, that's crazy spending 4 hours a day travelling for work, considering his other interests were so high priority.
Only reason I could see doing it is if the pay was extremely high or it was his own business which could not easily relocate.

He was working in banking or law.

You'd think a place as big as Geelong would have both those haha
