Is green tea alright to drink :S? Also at the risk of sounding like an idiot when I do weights will i lose weight as well? I have a spare tire thats what pisses me off.
 
If your goal is too loose weight then weights will help or if it's not gain weight / muscle weights will also help. Your diet will effect your weight loss / gain.
 
Alright thanks mate. What about all these protein shake things I shouldnt take em or..?
 
Really? So what do you recommend ( as in product of shake ) ? Also can I do weights 4 times a week? I really wanna do it more then 3
 
So if I do take protein shakes should I do like one in morning then one before work out? I may be getting a job and would be working out at 7pm and something tells me that probably wouldnt be a good idea to take protein shakes so latE?
 
Just take it whenever you think you need it. Try to get your protein from whole food and maybe 1 or 2 shakes per day.
 
Haha Tomorrow I'm planning on getting up early drinking one w/ banana and then working out before school .

Yeah true but I dont know if I want my picture all over the interwebz With my protein shake I have a thing called Ripper :S Do you know of it? I got it from a natural food/stuff place haha.

It has a lot of ingredient stuff so if you dont know it still I will post whats in it
 
Today i pretty much did. I might just do all the exercises 3 times a week. Is that cool
