What protein do you guys use from Bulk Nutrients and why, Im looking for a protein powder for post work outs mostly, not too high in carbs. Has anyone tried the WPI from NZ ? or the HWPI ?
What other sups do you guys use from there and what are the reasons for them ? Have they been useful ...
I used to use WPC but found it bloats me, taste was good and mixes well but I think the WPI actually tastes better and no bloating issues, also slightly less carbs.
I also mix some natural casein in with it as I find the flavored WPI a bit too sweet.
