Abs.. I havent done a crunch or a situp in years yet I still have a six pack due to all those squats and deadlifts. But I just brought myself an ab roller, so times are a-changing!

Probably direct calf training I have neglected in the past, but am hammering them now. I always used the excuse of 'ahh but im running tomorrow' but now I am just putting up with any soreness..
