I will concede, pissing off sociopathic regimes who like to hack as often as we breathe wasn't the most well thought through course of action. But you have to admit, seeing every kunce run for the Hills was amusing.

Hey guys pretty new to the forum thing
Have been training pretty much my whole adult life, I am 31 now had a major car accident 5 years back which put a stop to the heavier side of training that I used to do. But have since done a lot of research on what I can do to get back to my old ways that I miss so much! Have just bought a rogue reverse hyper to help with bulging discs and strengthening of posterior chain and will definitely keep you all updated as there seems to be little use of this machine for rehab in Oz. Anyways guys thanks for the place where we can share our interests am looking forward to sharing the journey with you all [emoji106]
