Here's a bit of a strange (tho not stupid) question.
I've reverted back to the program that has me primarily bench pressing & squatting 4 times a week. I've noticed that the last 2 squatting sessions (which happens on different days that i bench press), i get a strong stretch across my pec's. This feeling is somewhat like when doing chest flyes.
I"m doing full (beyond parallel ) squats
What's going on here? It's obviously not fatal. I"m juz curious is it more helpful than a hindrance ?
