MAN mountain Calum von Moger does not sugar coat the fact there is no sugar in his super-clean diet.

The former Anglesea footballer, and current World Fitness Federation (WFF) Mr Universe, works out six days per week and sticks to a strict food plan to keep in shape.
Likened to Arnold Schwarzenegger, the 24-year-old moved to Los Angeles last year to throw his weight around on the US body building scene.
He returned home this month to appear at the Arnold Classic in Melbourne but told the Geelong Advertiser he was most craving a vegemite sandwich and visit to his favourite Surf Coast beaches.
“I was born with a physique that lends itself well to bodybuilding training and I have always had a fast metabolism,” he said.
“My body has always responded well to fitness.
“People do different things to give them the edge they are looking for, but it is definitely best for the body to keep training as naturally as possible.”
Von Moger will defend his Mr Universe crown in France this June.
He shares tips for physical and mental strength in Saturday’s gt magazine, free with the Weekend Geelong Advertiser.

Cal loves the calories, I've seen the man down two family pizza's in one sitting.
He does how ever have sugar in his diet, and it is also not so strict. He was eating pizza two days out from his most recent appearance at Lee Priest comp.

doesn't look anything like arnie...

his bicepts are round and not peeked, even his face doesn't look like arnie, ripped off of my 10 seconds looking at this pos media hype.

edit: jesus, if ppl lap this up, maybe i should become a fitness superstar?
i mean if he can, and he looks like shit, with a few veins, why couldn't i with legit specs?

the fitness industry really breaks my heart in todays world...

Arnold's bicep peak will always be something special but you can't say they look nothing alike
