How it works is lets say your lifting in the 77kg weight class (for argument sake lets say you weigh 75kg), if you were to have a combined total of 205kg (mixed between your snatch & clean & jerk...with probably around a 92k snatch & a 113k clean & jerk) you'd have the ability to compete at a national level
