Hello Everyone
I currently workout 4 times a week.
Iam 65 kgs and been struggling to bring it down to 60 which is my ideal weight.
Any tips and recommendations on what I can take or do to get there?

Well done for continuing to work out four times a week; that's already a strong foundation!

A few minor adjustments can have a significant impact if your weight has been stuck:

For a week, keep track of your caloric intake; occasionally, we underestimate the amount of food or snacks we eat. Aim for a moderate daily deficit of 300–500 kcal.

To keep full and maintain muscle, consume more protein (lean meat, eggs, tofu, yoghurt).

On rest days, incorporate some additional exercise, such as stretching, mild cardio, or walks.

Make sleep and hydration a priority because they have an impact on cravings and metabolism.

It is good and sustainable to lose 0.5 kg every week, so be patient.

A quick meal journal or a nutritionist visit can help identify hidden calories if you've been stuck for months. By showing up, you've already completed the difficult part!
