i picture it more as he gets a weight that he can only JUST unrack it and attempt to press it..... unless it was suicide (he got upset and pissed then decided he has no purpose in life or some shit like that), guess its a good way to make it look like a complete accident.
It may have slipped, and crushed his ribcage - from what I hear, that can register you semi-paralysed. Couple that with a busted diaphragm, and the guy can't move or breath.
If you aren't with it, don't get under a loaded bar.
Well he prob just had a heart attack or something, that amount of weight would crush someone to death. Unless it was dropped on his kneck or something.
