Eating to my calorific target of just under 3000 kcals on average and feeling good already. Less bloat, less farts, less "oh shit I'm preggers" feeling!
Better performance at the gym with PB's and PR's made (falters at the 90 min mark but oh well you can't have everything).
Going to do some cardio today (bike ride), that'll be another victory as I haven't pedalled anything in a year.
