Hey, just wondering what is the name of the muscle that gives the "V" shape around the abs and goes from the hips to the pelvis region? Are they called obliques?
Reason I ask is I am currently working to achieve that "V" and am looking for different forms of routines/exercies which are beneficial towards it.
V... The "V" was the thing of the past. You should aim for an "X"
Look at Toney Freeman - The X-Man
See the wide flaring lats with the outer thigh sweep creating an "X". That's what you should aim for. Obviously you wont get to Tone'y size naturally but you get the idea.
