It doesn't matter where you use the equipment whether it be down at your local gym/fitness club or if you established a home gym and use your own gym equipment, One thing that stays true is that it's always important that you know how to use the equipment in the correct way so as not to sustain any injuries. Overuse and misuse of equipment are some the main causes of injuries in the gym. So to help limit the risk of injuries here are some tips on what to look for and how to use the equipment safe and correctly .
