Tsunami Barbell

Jeez... I would stair clear of that for sure... Maybe a once-r to see, but i'd imagine you wouldn't get many pb's using this thing?

I love it how everybody is ready to call a piece of equipment stupid without even trying to consider its uses.

Smith machines included, they make great towel racks.

It's still stupid no matter how you consider it
No less stupid than this........

I'm probably wrong and that's fine but if crossfit had come up with the bamboo bar with kettlebells idea people would just laugh at them. Because Louie has done it people look at it as the next secret behind a big bench. I personally can't see it as anything apart from a party trick lift.

I'll stay with my shaker weights, thanks all the same, I'm not ready for the next level of training.

So Goosey, you reckon the "amplitude and oscillatory movement creates a rolling wave that stimulates the sensory receptors, which are scientifically known as proprioceptors" doesn't work then?

Can get a similar effect from putting kettlebells on the ends of your barbell when benching. This helped my instability issue alot
