Should go get that checked out, but in saying this I have trained with various injuries for a very long time, when i played football it was just part of playing, since I have stopped playing football cause of doing my ACL twice and hitting the gym not much has changed you will always get small injuries I find the best way is to get them checked out and find out what you can and cant do and train through them, don't go silly but still remain in the gym and do something, even when doing rehan stuff I would push myself further than advised and this resulted in me returning to playing football after 9 mths off getting me knee reco.
