Have home gym, looking for someone living/working near me (Darlington near Redfern station) so that can be flexible on times when needed.
I train evenings after work, and sometimes weekends.
Flexible on lifts/program, but I'm focused on compounds (Squat, Deadlift, Press, Bench, Pullups, Rows)
