Hey guys, I know you get this a lot but just after a few quick training answers.

First up, Im pretty lean, always have been, no matter what I eat.
I dont have a massive appetite anyway.
178cm, 62kg's.
I eat pretty heathily for not training at the moment. Breakfast is usually a cereal. Than through out the day I will always have afew pieces of fruit (mostly apples) and fresh salad/meat sandwiches.
Dinner usually consists of a meat/veg combo.

The usual stuff. I stay away from junks as much as I can, and not just because I want to be healthier, I just generally actually like eating better foods. I would take a nice sandwich over any type of junk any day.

We have a home gym at home, (Pics as follows). Yes I know that Isokinetic equipment is not the best for pure muscle mass building exercises but it's all I can have at the moment.

I have been working out probably about twice a week. 1hr-1:30 sessions basically to just get a feel for the exercises and my limits.

Unfortunately I am very pushed for time which is why I need abit of plan to kick in my motivation.

To kick in some size I know i'm going to need some supplements to help push away from my quick metabolism and general lean-ness haha.

If I could push myself to maybe 3 1hr workouts a week do you think that would be enough?

And what supplements should I look at. Here is afew I have come across...

Maxs Muscle Builder Srt - On Sale MrSupplement Australia

Prolab N Large 2 - Lowest Prices MrSupplement Australia

type of thing I should be looking at?

ALL ADVICE much appreciated!!!
Thanks.

No you won't need supplements.

If you want results you gonna have to find a gym.

Read the beginner program in the strength section.

I know I get that abit bazza haha but basically I dont have the time or money to get to a gym. Irrelevant of what is better (i know a gym/freeweights would be 100x better) im asking what I can do with what ive got.

Still capable of doing things such as. (my usual workout)
Preacher curls, standing bicept curls. Sitting row. butterfly. upright press. Pulldowns.
Weighted situps. + The seatbelt thingy to do abs (name???)

Just do more weight/reps/sets than last workout and at least its better than nothing. Do pushups, chin ups and other great bodywork stuff and even your machine.

Yes but you will max it out in a week or so...

U cant train legs properly, i cant pull things...

If u have money for supps you have money to save and buy a barbell and some shitbox stands. (or make some)

Exactly spot on. People are always willing to spend money on useless supps but when it comes to working out properly they all of a sudden have no money.

I know you want to do some exercise but If I were you I wouldn't bother wasting my time on that.

I would just wait until I could use my time for a proper workout. A bar and some weights is all you need.

it costs $150 for a barbell, $150 for some squat stands and about $150 for enough plates to get started. anyone can afford that, its just a matter of priorities.

you dont need any supplements, you need to eat more food. you are not skinny "no matter what you eat", you are skinny because you dont eat enough. if you dont believe me then drink 2L of milk a day for a month or two on top of your normal diet and see what happens.

Not enough time?? Do you watch TV? If you make time you will have time.

I would join a gym, training in a good gym is great, good atmosphere.

Eat up

Exactly, make some time!! Myself and a few others on this forum juggle full time work, uni, kids and all sorts of other stuff and still find time to get under the bar.

Bodyweight exercises like push ups, one leg squats , chin ups, inverted rows, planks and sit ups would be better than that crappy home gym.

No joke.
