im not doing this routine i just heard someone at the Gym talk about it.

I don't take planned rests anymore because there is always something that forces me to take time off lately, be it work or minor injury, holiday, or lack of motivation (although motivation has been ok lately)Every 8-10 weeks i'll take a week off - if it has been a crazy training cycle then sometimes i'll take 2 weeks off - you just have to listen to your body.

oh thats gotta suckI don't have the energy or time to make it to the gym so I miss out on 4to5 days in a row and that really sucks
Exactly.It's good to see some of these old threads for all the new guys we havn't seen them before I train as much as I can but with work when I'm on night shift I don't have the energy or time to make it to the gym so I miss out on 4to5 days in a row and that really sucks
