I eat about 300g a day, give or take 50g depending on schedule. But I didn't make a diet that consisted of this much, I just sat down one arvo and worked out that's the amount in the food I regularly consume. I'm a big meat eater, and consume around 3000 cals a day roughly. I'm cutting back to 2500 next week to lose some more fat mass, gonna add sprints in as well.
Usually 220g+, I'm supposed to be on 3000 cals but Been struggling with diet in the past week or so, certainly feel it in my body, never had full body doms before
1. Probably 1g/llb is a safe bet.
2. It doesn't matter whether you eat 8 or 1 meals a day. Bigger meals = bigger thermic effects, smaller meals = smaller thermic effects.
3. It doesn't matter so long as you meet your macros.
