Thoracic mobility exercises?

have come to realise T-mobility is whats stuffing up my squats and deads (and life?) so need to fix it.

dave had a couple of good posts. (and mentioned Shoulder Circles (slow controlled full ROM) then shoulder dislocates, snow angels on a foam roller or scapula wall slides, for other mobility work)
For extensions I use a foam roller and lie on it starting just below my shoulder blades. Ass should always be on the floor.with knees bent and tight abs pressing your lower back so it does not move (easy to cheat and do all the movement in your lower back than upper back). Bend your upper back over the foam roller until you can go as far as possible (usually head to ground). Support your head and neck with your hands and try to touch your elbows together to bring your scapula out of the way. Do a mini curl up and repeat. Always do them slow and controlled.

Those are it. I wouldn't use the sitting rotation unless you want something to do at work. The stretch with the TRX can be done with anything such as a table, chair etc and is good to do kneeling and using a swiss ball to roll it out in front of you, I make a lot of people do that stretch.

Just waiting for Max to come in and insult me for my confession of swiss ball use.
