SO yer pritty fuckin pathetick this year i have only gone from 84 to 87 in 6 months which is depressing ive been working 40 hours a week recently which makes it hard cause i dont get to stay home and eat all day, What is ur oppinion on adding 1 cup of milk to every meal of the day that would add atleast another 600 calories or should i go for more. I wanna bulk up to 100+ KILOS
