There is this guy that hits the gym at the same time as me, he gets in the weight room and uses small weights and sort of bops and air punches to the (crappy) music, he does some sort of kinda pushup shit on the high bench and uses machines in a really fast circuit kind of training, but uses nearly no weight. When I first started a few month ago I thought that he was doing cardio or something, but now I just wonder WTF he hopes to achieve with this shit. So I finally decided to ask him what he hopes to achieve, and he said I'm cutting up bro, I don't want to get to big. So I said oh ok, no worries. He looks fuuurken emaciated, wants to cut up? on what LOL.
At this new gym I joined up with, they have allot of that crossfit shit. I over hear a PT guy say to a newbie "forget about free weights bro, to add muscle all you need to do is this crossfit program". Both the PT and said newb where built like sticks. I had a good laugh.

Oh yeah this is what they will hear. "I was perving on you and would like to take a pic to post up on the net and most likely end up being spread over all the porn sites of the interwebz".
Today I saw a Guy loading a leg press in the gym out of the corner of my eye, thought nothing of it until couple of my sets later the owner of the gym starts going off asking everyone who left the leg press loaded. It was FULLY loaded, all four bars and not a soul around.
The owner heads towards the entry and stops this guy from leaving, marchers him back to leg press and makes him unload it. Pure gold.
