I don't know why I see either quater rep squats in the rack or squat to bench in the smith...I am puzzled to see the point..also when u see some one do a few dumbell presses go over to leg press for an 80 kg set for 5 reps then head straight over to the cardio equipment ! Its worse when they walked in 10 minutes after u and you then see them 20 minutes later head out the front door !!! These are the people that I call oxygen theives!!!
Is that the Holmesglen one next to the tafe? If so i have heard ti is pretty goo but the weights area in Syndal is still bigger, but the equipment they both have is about the same.

Should catch up for a workout, i am sometimes one of those Bogans as i live about 5 mins from there and work in Burwood so Syndal is close by for my lunch time workouts.

damb pets eh. my dog jumped up on me during bench the other night...
luckily im deloading this week...was pausing the reps with 50kg. as i paused(she was standing on my gut), she decided to take the opportunity to lick my face haha. had to slowly push her out of the way with the bar
Yep, had a cat jump up onto my stomach while benching, lucky it was light, pissed myself laughing, runied my concentration, still find it hard to bench with a cat nearby.
Hit my cat while ATG squatting before too, but I think he learnt the lesson that time...
