Silverback, have you ever squatted heavy wieghts? try doing 5 reps at 80% of your 1rm, the last rep is going to be nothing like the first.

Squats: 150X5, 160X3, 165X2, 170X1
Close grip bench: 110X1
Deadlifts: 195X1
Overhead: 110X1
Clean: 100X1
None of these are max lifts, just what i have done so far.
